Tour Details

After meeting at the back part of the Quality Hotel Ramsalt, we will set sail on a cruise around Bodø, aiming to see the beaches of Hovdsundet and Mjelle.

We will slowly sail past the beaches and reach the fjord of Nordfjorden, the sixth-longest fjord in Norway, stretching 106 kilometres (65 miles). This untouched fjord lies within Sjunkhatten National Park.

Our knowledgeable guides will provide information about the environment, offering numerous opportunities for photos of the beautiful landscapes in northern Norway. Don’t forget your camera!

Next, we will visit the Kjerringøy Handelsted, an 18th-century trading post with a rich history. You will have 1.5 hours of free time to explore the open-air museum consisting of 15 buildings and learn about its heritage.

After a tour lasting between 5 and 6 hours, we will return to Bodø. Til neste gang!
