Join us on a moose-watching tour in Bodø as we venture deep into the forests in search of these captivating Nordic creatures. It'll be a wild adventure!

Description

At 7 pm, we'll meet at the tourist information point in Bodø for an exciting safari in search of Europe's largest land animal: the moose!

We'll hop on a comfortable minibus and journey through the forests surrounding Bodø, aiming to catch glimpses of these majestic creatures. We'll head to areas known for their excellent visibility and the highest likelihood of encountering the moose. However, it's important to remember that animal behavior can be unpredictable!

Throughout the tour, our knowledgeable guide will share insights about the Norwegian moose, which differ from their Canadian counterparts. For instance, they can reach lengths of up to 6.5 ft (2 meters). As we explore, we'll also provide you with a refreshing drink and snack.

With our cameras filled with memorable shots of the moose in the Bodø forests, we'll make our way back to the starting point, arriving around 11 pm.
