Lush vegetation, streams and waterfalls are the main features of this hiking route through Serra da Bodoquena. We'll enjoy the scenery and, in addition, you'll be able to cool off with a dip in this natural spot.

Serra da Bodoquena Hiking Tour

At the agreed time we'll meet at Fazenda Betione, on the outskirts of Bonito. From here, we'll start a hiking route that will take us to the heart of the Serra da Bodoquena National Park .

On this 2.5 kilometre (1.5 miles) walk, we'll discover the flora and fauna that inhabit this natural area. We will inform participants about the Atlantic forest and its tropical rainforest while exploring its vegetation. Information about the threats facing this forest due to human actions will also be provided.

During the hiking route, we will make several stops to rest and take pictures of the surrounding environment. Participants will have the opportunity to see a total of eight waterfalls where they can take a refreshing dip.

After four hours of walking, we'll finish the hiking route at Fazenda Betione.
