Visit an authentic Colombian coffee plantation on this day trip from Bogotá and help the farmers pick the beans to make a delicious cup of coffee!

Bogotá Coffee Farm Trip

We'll meet at the indicated time at The Cranky Croc Hostel and hop on the bus that will take us to the mountains of Bogotá. On the way, we'll enjoy views of the Choachí district until we arrive at our destination: an organic coffee farm. After about an hour-and-a-half-long bus ride, we'll arrive at the plantation where farmers will explain how the coffee beans are harvested.

We'll have a traditional Colombian breakfast prepared by the farmers before starting our work. We will help the farmers pick ripe coffee beans from over 8,000 coffee plants on the farm. After that, we'll learn about the next steps as we clean, select, and finally taste a delicious cup of coffee.

Before returning to Bogotá, we'll enjoy a homemade lunch and then make our way back to the city, dropping you off at the starting point between 8.5 to 9 hours later.
