Bogotá Layover Tour

This layover tour in Bogotá includes pickup from the airport and the transfer back. We'll meet you at the exit of your arrival terminal to begin this tour of one of the highest capitals in Latin America, located at 2,625 m (8,612 ft) above sea level.

First, we'll stroll around the Plaza de Bolívar, viewing the National Capitol (home of the National Congress), the Palace of Justice, and the Supreme Court of Justice. We'll also see the Liévano Palace and the Primate Cathedral of Colombia, a 19th-century temple.

After this tour of the most emblematic buildings, we'll visit the Gold Museum, which features a significant collection of pre-Hispanic art, comprising around 6,000 pieces of metal, ceramic, bone, wood, and emeralds.

After the tour, we'll return you to El Dorado Airport 5 hours later.

Important Info

On Mondays, the Gold Museum is closed; instead, we'll visit the Botero Museum, showcasing works by one of Colombia's renowned artists.
