Description
This workshop and Colombian coffee tasting takes place at Divino Café Especial, a popular coffee shop in La Candelaria.
Colombian coffee is recognized globally, but do you know how to distinguish it? We will taste 4 kinds of coffee: Chemex, V60, Aeropress, and French Press. Techniques for preparing an ideal cup at home will also be shared.
Following this, there will be a blind tasting where participants will identify quality coffees. This tasting will include a slice of homemade cake, along with tips on recognizing a high-quality coffee.
The experience lasts 1.5 hours and concludes with advice on purchasing excellent coffee. Participants will gain expertise in Colombian coffee.
