Criadero Lusitania Stable Private Trip

If you like animals, don't miss this private trip to the Criadero Lusitania stable, where we'll see Colombian Paso Fino horses and enjoy a traditional lunch.

Description

At the scheduled time, we'll collect you from your hotel in Bogotá and make our way north. After an hour, we'll arrive in the El Rosal municipality, in the Department of Cundinamarca.

At Criadero Lusitania, known for breeding Colombian Paso Fino horses, we'll be welcomed with Colombian coffee and watch a short film about the breeding of these horses, covering their historical and cultural significance.

Next, we'll take a guided tour of the facilities, including the tack room and the stables, where participants will have the chance to brush, pet, and feed the horses.

Following the tour, we will enjoy a traditional Colombian lunch, with options including sanchocho, bandeja paisa, criolla burger, ajiaco, or a vegetarian choice, accompanied by a soft drink or mineral water.

After lunch, we will attend an equestrian demonstration led by a chalan. Participants may mount a horse under supervision. Finally, we will return to Bogotá, arriving approximately 6 hours after departure.
