Cundinamarca Coffee Tour

On this tour from Bogotá, we will explore Colombian coffee in Fusagasugá, San Francisco, or Cachipay, visiting a farm to taste local products.

Description

After pickup from your selected meeting point in Bogotá, we will travel south to a coffee plantation in Fusagasugá, San Francisco, or Cachipay, depending on availability. Upon arrival, a guided tour in English or Spanish will take place, lasting 1.5-2 hours. The tour covers the different stages of Colombian coffee production, including planting, harvesting, processing, curing, tasting, roasting, and grinding. Participants will also have the opportunity to taste some coffee while enjoying views of the plantation.

Following the plantation tour, we will visit one of the three towns in Cundinamarca for 1 hour of free time to have lunch and sample authentic Colombian gastronomy. After lunch, we will return to the meeting point in Bogotá, completing the tour in approximately 8-10 hours.

This tour includes a Spanish-speaking driver for transfers. The plantation tour will have an English or Spanish-speaking guide, based on availability.
