Tour Details
We'll meet at the ticket office of the Monserrate cable car to begin our guided tour. From there, we'll take the cable car to the mountain's summit, depending on availability, which offers spectacular views of the city.
At the summit, the visit includes the Basilica of the Fallen Lord of Monserrate, where you'll learn about its significance as a pilgrimage destination and its attraction to tourists. The tour covers Catholic traditions and customs in Colombian daily life.
During the tour, we'll stop at all the main viewpoints at an altitude of 3152 metres (10341 feet), providing views of the city and its outskirts.
We will also visit the wishing well, allowing you to throw a coin and make a wish at the feet of the Virgin of Monserrate, a tradition worth experiencing.
Finally, we'll return to our starting point after completing this hour-and-a-half-long tour.
