La Candelaria Electric Scooter Tour

Visiting the Barrio de La Candelaria is synonymous with getting to know an important area of Bogotá. We will meet at calle 12 b # 2 - 85 at the indicated time to begin the tour.

Before riding, we will enter a coffee shop to learn about Colombian coffee, noted for its quality. Participants will enjoy a cup of coffee to kick-start the tour.

After 20 minutes of coffee tasting, we will ride through the streets of La Candelaria, starting at the plazoleta del Chorro de Quevedo, marking the foundation of Bogotá.

We will continue riding to Bolívar Square and then along Avenida Séptima to see the Mural of Jorge Eliécer Gaitán. We will discuss the event known as "El Bogotazo."

Our next stop will be Parque Santander, an important site in La Candelaria, followed by a visit to the National Museum building, known for its impressive façade.

In the final portion of the tour, we will visit Parque de los Periodistas Gabriel García Márquez, a picturesque park ideal for photos with stunning views of the surrounding mountains.

We will return to the starting point and conclude the tour after 2 hours of sightseeing.
