Enjoy the nature that surrounds the town of Bonito on this boat trip around Barra do Sucuri. We'll see the junction of the Sucuri and Formoso rivers and snorkel in its waters.

Barra do Sucuri Boat Tour & Snorkelling

At the agreed time we'll meet at Barra do Sucuri, the meeting point between the rivers Formoso and Sucuri. We will board an ecological boat and sail along the Formoso and Sucuri rivers for 1.3 kilometres, while the guide helps us identify the local flora and fauna, including species such as monkeys, otters, and toucans.

After the boat ride, we'll change into our wetsuits, goggles and snorkel and swim in Barra do Sucuri. We will explore the river to see hundreds of colourful fish and river vegetation , known for having some of the clearest water in the world.

The tour lasts two hours, concluding at the starting point where various rest areas are available.
