We'll meet at Pílad Rébua street in Bonito at the indicated time to start the bike tour to the Bosque das Águas spa.

During the approximately 6-kilometre (3.7 miles) tour, we'll cross the Formosinho and Formoso rivers and enjoy the natural surroundings of Mato Grosso do Sul.

Once in the Bosque das Águas, you can plant a native species with the help of the centre's staff and have an hour free to enjoy the spa facilities. Remember to bring your swimming costume.

You can relax in a natural environment on the banks of the river Formoso, ideal for unwinding after cycling. The area has minimal noise pollution, making it perfect for disconnecting.

From the Bosque das Águas natural spa, we'll cycle back to the meeting point in Bonito, arriving two and a half hours after departure.
