Fresh air, waterfalls and privileged views of the Serra da Bodoquena are the highlights of this hiking route along the Mimoso River.

Mimoso River Waterfalls Hiking Tour

At the agreed time, we'll meet at the Mimosa ranch, located 25 kilometres north of Bonito. We will start a hiking route to explore the waterfalls of the Mimoso River.

During the hike, we will cover a total of 2.8 kilometres (1.7 miles), appreciating the surrounding landscape and learning about its flora and fauna.

We will enter wooded areas along the banks of the Mimoso River, encountering wooden walkways and up to ten waterfalls. There will be stops at different viewpoints for panoramic views of the Serra da Bodoquena National Park.

Participants will have the opportunity to swim in the natural pools formed by the waterfalls. One of the pools features a platform for jumping into the water from a height of 6 metres (19.6 feet).

After four hours of walking, we will conclude the hiking route at the starting point.
