Tour Details
At the designated time, we'll meet at Place de la Bourse to begin our journey through Bordeaux. We'll start by visiting the Miroir d'Eau, a reflective water feature that creates an optical illusion. From there, we'll stroll through the center's narrow streets and pass Rue Saint-Catherine, Bordeaux's main shopping area.
Next, we'll arrive at Place Camille Jullian, a vibrant square for local social interactions, and see the Église Saint-Siméon, now a cultural venue, before moving on to Place du Parlement, noted for its 14th-century fountain. You'll learn about the square's name during the tour.
We'll continue to La Grosse Cloche, the most photographed location in Bordeaux, followed by a visit to the Bordeaux Cathedral, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
During the tour, you'll taste three local desserts: cannelé, dune blanche, and Saint James. We'll also take a break for coffee and a croissant. The tour will conclude next to the Cathedral after approximately 2 to 2.5 hours.
