Tour of Chaves, Boticas, & Montalegre

We'll pick you up from your hotel in Boticas and head towards the Tras-os-Montes area to visit Alto Tamega. The first stop will be Montalegre, known for its 13th-century castle and the Ecomuseu de Barroso - Espaço Padre Fontes, which showcases the village's history and environmental heritage. After exploring the museum, we'll return to Boticas to visit the Rural Museum, followed by an hour of free time for lunch. After lunch, we'll head to Chaves to visit its medieval castle and discover its Roman heritage, including thermal baths and a stone bridge. Finally, we'll drop you off at your hotel in Boticas at 5 pm.

Tour of Chaves, Valpaços, & Vila Pouca de Aguiar

This option allows you to explore Chaves, along with other notable places in Trás-os-Montes. We will visit highlights of Vila Pouca de Aguiar, including the Parque de Pedras Salgadas, and in Valpaços, we will stop at the Wine Museum to learn about the town's winemaking tradition. You can choose which areas you want to visit!
