The palace is open Monday to Sunday at the following times:

Final admission is allowed up to 45 minutes before closing time. Please note that times are flexible and subject to change.

Free Admission

Admission is free for:

Young people from the EU aged 18 to 25.Children under 18, regardless of nationality.

It is free for all on the first Sunday of the month from January 1 to March 31, November 1 to December 31, and the 3rd weekend of September. To obtain free admission, visit the ticket office with a certifying document.

Due to renovations, the attic, treasure room, and alderman's room are closed until June 2026.
