The adventure begins with pickup from your hotel in Muscat, heading northwest into the Arabian Peninsula. A scenic hour-long drive leads to Nakhl, located in the Al Batinah region.

Upon arrival, the first stop is the largest fortress in Oman, built in the 17th century. Situated on a rocky surface, the fortress features a pre-Islamic architectural style from the Al Ya'ruba and Al Bu Sayed dynasties. From the top, take in views of Nakhl and the surrounding area.

The tour continues to a hidden spring behind the castle, set within a palm grove, revealing the source of the oasis—thermal waters that provide essential minerals for local plantations.

On the return to Muscat via the coastal route, a stop will be made at the Seeb souk and Avenue Mall for shopping.
