- 9 Stunden
On this scooter tour through the vineyards of Barolo, you'll traverse the scenic southern part of Piedmont—a chance to delve into the region's history and wine culture.
Scooter Tour
We'll commence our scooter tour of Piedmont at the scheduled time, meeting at Strada Statale in Borgo San Martino. Prepare for a delightful journey.
As we start on our electric scooters, we'll head south from Pollenzo, where the hills reach 500 meters (1,640 feet). Riding through fields on an eco-friendly scooter, you will enjoy stunning views of the vineyards, highlighting a more sustainable viticulture.
The journey will include a stop at La Morra, offering panoramic views of the Barolo wine region. Following this, we will take a brief detour to explore the Barolo Chapel, designed by David Tremlett, nestled between the hills.
Next, we will visit Barolo, famous as the birthplace of Barolo wine. We will navigate through the old town's narrow streets, continuing to Monforte d'Alba, where you can enjoy lunch at local restaurants before concluding our tour.
After an immersive 8.5 hours, we will return to the meeting point to conclude the tour.
