Peneda-Geres National Park (9 hours)

Our adventure takes us to the Peneda-Gerês National Park, where we'll traverse scenic routes past waterfalls and streams. A visit to the Interpretation Museum awaits, followed by a horse-drawn carriage ride through this natural wonder, concluding with a local restaurant for a traditional lunch. This trip leads you into the historic realm of the University of Coimbra, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and Portugal's oldest university. Marvel at students donning traditional black cloaks as we continue to the city's charming old section, featuring the Romanesque cathedral.

Following lunch in Coimbra, we will proceed to Aveiro, where you can board a traditional Moliceiro boat for a 45-minute ride to experience the charm of the ‘Portuguese Venice.’ After disembarking, take time for photographs by the famous striped houses.

This trip takes you to the renowned pilgrimage destination of Santiago de Compostela.
