Braganza Liqueur & Chestnut Tasting
At the time you select, we'll meet at the Marron Oficina da Castanha store to indulge in the smells and tastes of the local delicacy. Chestnut is a typical product of Bragança.
We'll start by visiting the Chestnut Museum, where we'll explore the evolution of the chestnut roasting and preparation process. Roasters, furniture, and traditional utensils will be highlighted during this part of the tour.
Next, we'll proceed to the chestnut workshop. Here we'll see how chestnuts are prepared today and taste the famous chestnut liqueurs and sweets. You'll be sure to enjoy them!
The activity will end after a 45-minute visit.
