Braganza Liqueur & Chestnut Tasting
At the time you select, we'll meet at the Marron Oficina da Castanha store to indulge in the smells and tastes of the local delicacy. Chestnut is one of the most typical products of Bragança.
We'll start by visiting the Chestnut Museum, where we will learn about the evolution of the chestnut roasting and preparation process. Roasters, furniture, and traditional utensils will be featured during this part of the tour.
Then we'll proceed to the chestnut workshop to see current preparation methods and taste the famous chestnut liqueurs and sweets. You'll be sure to enjoy them!
The activity will conclude after a 45-minute visit.
