Immerse yourself in an enchanting natural environment on our Rivière des Roches River trekking activity. You'll explore a beautiful part of Reunión and see caves, waterfalls, and whitewater rapids.

Rivière des Roches River Trekking

At 8 am, we'll meet at the Bassin La Paix car park, near Rivière des Roches. From there, we'll start our adventure through one of the most spectacular rapids on Reunión.

First, we'll head to the river bank where our instructor will explain some basic guidelines for safety and provide our equipment.

We'll spend 3 hours descending along the river, gaining an unparalleled perspective of the island's incredible nature.

Our route will continue through the Rivière des Roches' caves and waterfalls. If you're feeling brave, you can jump from rocks between 10 and 36 feet (3 and 11 metres) high during the final part of the activity.

After our descent, we'll stop in a quiet spot for a refreshment and sample different traditional local products.

Our river trekking activity will conclude upon our return to the starting point at 12 noon.
