On this day trip to Cicmany from Bratislava, we'll venture into northwestern Slovakia to see some of the most peculiar dwellings and relax in the spa in Rajecké Teplice.

The tour will start at Bratislava Central Station with a high-speed train departing at 8:27 am for Zilina, arriving at 10:30 am. After arriving at Zilina station, we will board a comfortable vehicle to our first stop: Rajecká Lesná. Throughout the drive, enjoy the beautiful scenery while we share interesting facts about the region.

At Rajecká Lesná, we will admire the wooden Nativity Scene, one of the largest wooden sculptures in Slovakia, featuring over 250 figures. We will discuss the traditions and history of this area.

Next, we will proceed to Cicmany, renowned for its unique wooden house decorations. As we walk, we will observe the facades painted with white motifs following the Cicmany pattern.

You'll have an hour for a delicious lunch. Afterward, we will continue to Rajecké Teplice for two hours in the spa - the most relaxing moment of the day.

After the spa, we will return to Zilina and take a short guided tour of the historic center before boarding the train back to Bratislava at 5:31 pm, arriving at 7:33 pm.
