On this day trip to Cicmany from Bratislava, we will explore northwestern Slovakia and visit unique dwellings, along with a spa experience in Rajecké Teplice.

The tour begins at Bratislava Central Station. The high-speed train departs at 8:27 am for Zilina, arriving at 10:30 am. From Zilina station, we will board a vehicle to our first stop: Rajecká Lesná. During the drive, we will share insights about the region.

At Rajecká Lesná, we will view the wooden Nativity Scene, one of the largest wooden sculptures in Slovakia, featuring over 250 figures. This presentation will include explanations of the local traditions and history.

Next, we will visit Cicmany, known for its unique wooden house decorations. As we stroll through the village, we will observe facades adorned with white motifs that represent the Cicmany pattern.

You will have one hour of free time for a delicious lunch. Afterward, we will proceed to Rajecké Teplice for a two-hour spa session.

After relaxing, we will return to Zilina. Before boarding the train, there will be a brief guided tour of the historic center, known as the capital of northwestern Slovakia.

The return train to Bratislava departs at 5:31 pm, arriving at 7:33 pm.
