Did you know that Slovak cuisine is one of the oldest in Europe? At the appointed time, we'll meet at the Zylinder Cafe Restaurant in Bratislava for a traditional Slovakian meal.

Depending on your selected time, you'll enjoy a lunch or dinner menu, which includes a starter, main course, and dessert. You will also toast with a glass of traditional liqueur.

Aperitif: a glass of 'Bentianna on the rocks', a traditional Slovak drink.Starter: choice of foie gras with brioche bread and cranberries or goat cheese with beetroot carpaccio and walnuts.Main course: choice of fish in Halászlé sauce with potatoes or mushroom ragout and butter.Dessert: Kaisermarrn with sultanas and raspberry coulis or Sacher-torte cake.
