Bratislava Castles Guided Tour

After being picked up from your hotel in Bratislava, you'll begin your guided tour of the city, getting to know its iconic landmarks and the history that surrounds them.

The first part of your tour will take you on a route around the Slovakian capital's most emblematic sights by minibus, pausing at locations such as the Grassalkovich Palace, the Slovak National Theater, the modern Eurovea district, the promenade along the Danube, and the remains of the city's ancient fortified walls.

We will then make a stop at Bratislava Castle. This large rectangular building offers views over the city and the Danube due to its hilltop position.

Continuing, we will proceed to the ruins of Devín Castle. One of the oldest castles in the country, it has been occupied by Celts, Romans, Germans, and Slavs, and was ultimately destroyed by Napoleon's armies. Located on a hill at the confluence of the Danube and Morava rivers, the iconic ruins are set in natural scenery. Remember to bring your camera for the views of the Slovakian countryside!

The tour will end in the center of Bratislava.
