Pickup Times

Hotel pickups in Wroc?aw will take place between 4:45 and 11:45, aligning with the guidelines set by the Auschwitz management. This timing ensures an orderly visitor flow and helps avoid overcrowding.

Visits to the camp are required to be guided by authorized personnel, and external guides are not permitted. Guide confirmations occur 12 to 16 hours prior to the activity.A minimum group size is required for each operator to grant access to the camp with a guide; thus, if this number isn’t met, the activity may be canceled or rescheduled.We secure tickets and guides once the minimum attendance is achieved; however, last-minute bookings may not guarantee available guides, potentially leading to cancellations.
