Glow Worm Caves Day Trip from Brisbane

Discover the magic of Tamborine Mountain's Glow Worm caves and scenic wonders. We'll see Glow Worms up close and enjoy a guided tour of the mountain.

Day Trip Details

On the day of the activity, we will pick you up from the selected meeting point and head to the Scenic Rim and Tamborine Mountain. Upon arrival, we will visit the Glow Worm caves, where an expert guide will lead us through a boardwalk in the glowworms' habitat. You will learn about the conditions that allow glow worms to thrive in this controlled environment and see them up close, observing their silk threads and glowing bodies.

After this, we will drive through Tamborine Mountain National Park, allowing you to hop on and off the bus at your convenience. You will have 3 hours of free time to have lunch at local restaurants or cafes and enjoy shopping on the Gallery Walk.

On our return to Brisbane, we will stop at lookouts for views of the Scenic Rim, perfect for photos. The total duration of the tour is 8 hours, concluding with a drop-off at your hotel.

Important Info

Note that the guiding is exclusive to the visit of the Glow Worm caves. For other areas of Tamborine Mountain, you may explore at your leisure while hopping on and off the bus.
