On this tour of the Bronte pistachio, we will explore its properties and flavor by visiting a plantation in Etna and enjoy a tasting session.
Tour Details
At the scheduled time, we will meet at the Life Caffè Bronte, the starting point of our pistachio tour. We will then head to a pistachio forest on Etna, located within a lateral crater of the volcano near Bronte. During this visit, we will learn about this D.O.P. product, essential for many local recipes.
We will walk through the plantation and have the option to purchase pistachio products. Afterward, we will continue along the side slope of Etna to appreciate the landscape.
The visit will last about 2 hours, followed by the tasting of pistachio products, including an arancino, a dessert, ice cream, and a drink.
In total, the experience will last 3.5 hours, after which we will conclude our tour.
