Description
Choco Story is a museum in Brussels dedicated to chocolate, located in rue de l'Etuve, near the Grand-Place. The museum offers insights into the history of cocoa and chocolate, tracing its origins back over 5000 years. The exhibition covers the Mayan and Aztec origins of chocolate and its transition to Europe, exploring its rise to popularity in France, Belgium, and Switzerland.
The tour includes learning about the chocolate-making process, covering fermentation, drying, roasting, and conservation. Your ticket also includes a demonstration by a master chocolatier, where you can watch an expert prepare pralines, a specialty of Brussels confectioneries.
At the conclusion of the demonstration, you will have the opportunity to taste the chocolates prepared by the master chocolatier.

Choco Story Brussels is open daily from 10 am to 6 pm, with the last admission at 5 pm.
