Description
Choco Story is a museum in Brussels dedicated to chocolate. It's located in rue de l'Etuve, near the Grand-Place.
Inside, you'll learn about the history of cocoa and chocolate, dating back over 5000 years. The exhibition covers the Mayan and Aztec origins of chocolate and its introduction to Europe, detailing its popularity in France, Belgium, and Switzerland.
The tour includes information on the process of making chocolate, from fermentation to drying, roasting, and conservation.
Your ticket also includes a demonstration by a master chocolatier, where you can watch an expert prepare pralines, a specialty of Brussels confectioneries.
At the end of the demonstration, you'll have the opportunity to taste the chocolates prepared by the chocolatier. Bon appétit!
