Train World Ticket
If you're in the capital of Belgium, do not miss Train World. At this locomotive museum of Brussels, you'll learn how the oldest European train network has evolved. During the visit to the museum, you'll encounter up to five steam engines. The train museum, located in Schaerbeek station on the track that runs from the capital of Belgium to Mechelen, combines locomotives of the Industrial Revolution and modern-day engines. You can discover railway technology secrets and use a simulator to “see into the future” of trains, providing an engaging experience for all the family.
Opening Hours
Train World in Brussels is open Tuesday to Sunday, from 10 am to 5 pm. The last access is at 3:30 pm.
Family Ticket
If you're a family of 2 adults and 3 children under the age of 18 or 1 adult and 4 children under the age of 18, you can book the family pass when making your reservation.
Temporary Exhibition
Between September 19, 2024, and August 31, 2025, with your Train World ticket, you can visit the Draw Me a Train! temporary exhibition. This exhibition explores the world of the railway as imagined by artists and features the work of 13 renowned artists, including comic authors, architects, painters, poster artists, sculptors, and designers. Visitors can also creatively engage by drawing some of the museum's trains and items from the SNCB's historical collections.
