Tour Details
At the indicated time, we'll pick you up at Lyabi Hoyuz pond to start our private tour of Bukhara. We'll visit the city's most emblematic places, and you can choose which ones to enter.
The tour begins at the Mausoleum of Ismail Samani, known for its architectural significance and housing the remains of Amir Samani, founder of the Samanid Empire. Next, we will visit the Chashma-Ayub Mausoleum, famous for its healing waters.
Continuing, we'll explore the Bolo Haouz Mosque, a World Heritage Site with the tallest columns in the city. Across the street is the Ark of Bukhara, the former residence of the emir.
Next, we'll visit the Poi Kalyan complex, which includes a mosque, a functioning madrasa, and the Kalon Minaret, the tallest in Bukhara. Nearby are the Ulugbek Madrasa, the oldest in the city, and the Abdulaziz-Khan Madrasa, noted for its beauty.
The Maghoki Attori Mosque, the oldest mosque in Uzbekistan, built over a pagan temple, will follow. We'll then proceed to Lyab-i-Hauz, a lively social center featuring the madrasas of Kukeldash and Nadir Divanbegi. The tour concludes at the Chor-Minor, renowned for its four blue domes.
Finally, we'll return you to the hotel by 3 pm.
