On the scheduled day of your visit, we will gather at the Parish Church of Nuestra Señora del Carmen in Buenavista. Our journey will commence with a scenic walk through the surrounding coffee farms of this vibrant Colombian town.

During our visit, we will delve into the coffee culture of Quindío and its significant impact on the local way of life. Have you ever wondered about the planting of coffee or how many families depend on it for their livelihood? Curious about the coffee traditions that define this Colombian region? At the midpoint of our itinerary, we will pause at a local farm that cultivates coffee, bananas, and various other fruits. This is your chance to engage with the family operating the farm, gain insights into their everyday lives, and uncover the journey each coffee bean takes from plant to cup. Following this, we’ll take a moment to relish a traditional lunch from Quindío, perfectly complemented by a fresh cup of coffee.

After a fulfilling four hours of discovering the Quindío coffee plantations, we'll make our way back to Buenavista.
