At the designated time in the morning, we'll meet at the Parish Church of Nuestra Señora del Carmen in Buenavista. From here, we'll begin a route through the coffee plantations that surround this municipality.

Throughout the tour, we'll discuss the coffee tradition of Quindío and its influence on the local life. Learn how coffee is planted and how many families depend on it. We will address these questions as we navigate the plantations.

Halfway through the tour, we'll stop at a typical farm that produces coffee, bananas and other fruits. You'll have the opportunity to engage with the family managing the plantation, learn about their lifestyle, and discover the production processes of coffee. A typical Quindío lunch will follow, accompanied by a cup of coffee.

Finally, we'll return to Buenavista after four hours exploring the coffee plantations of Quindío.
