Quindío Coffee Tour

At 10 am, we'll meet at the Parish Church of Nuestra Señora del Carmen in Buenavista. From here, we will begin a pleasant route through the coffee plantations that surround this Colombian municipality.

Throughout the tour, we'll discuss the coffee tradition of Quindío and its impact on the local life. You'll learn about coffee planting and the families that depend on this business, as well as the coffee culture in this region.

Halfway through the tour, we will stop at a typical farm that produces coffee, bananas and other fruits. This is an opportunity to engage with the family running the plantation, learn about their lifestyle, and discover the production processes of coffee. Following this, we will take a break to enjoy a typical Quindío lunch paired with a delicious cup of coffee.

Finally, we will return to Buenavista after four hours of exploring the coffee plantations of Quindío.
