Argentine Asado

At the indicated time, we'll experience a classic Argentine grill in Palermo, one of the main neighborhoods in Buenos Aires. During the experience, we'll learn about the different cuts of Argentine meat, as well as how they are prepared and cooked. The history of the Argentine asado will also be explained. After 2.5-3 hours of enjoying different delicacies, we'll conclude the experience.

Menu

The menu consists of:

The asado will be accompanied by grilled vegetable salad, "salsa criolla," and smoked chimichurri sauce. A Malbec wine will also be included. The dessert will feature delicious dulce de leche, and we will toast with a glass of Fernet with cola.
