Description

At the indicated time, we'll begin our experience at Cabrera 4304, on the corner of Lavalleja. This venue features a terrace overlooking Palermo Soho. During the experience, we'll learn about the different cuts of Argentinean meat and how they are prepared and cooked, along with the history of the Argentinean asado. After a 2-hour session of enjoying various delicacies, we'll conclude the experience.

The asado includes grilled vegetable salad, "salsa criolla," and smoked chimichurri sauce, along with a Malbec wine. The dessert features authentic dulce de leche, and we'll finish with a toast using a glass of Fernet with cola.
