Description

At the indicated time, we'll begin our experience at Cabrera 4304, on the corner of Lavalleja. This setting provides an opportunity to experience a classic Argentinean grill. Alongside delicious food, the house features a terrace overlooking Palermo Soho.

During the experience, we will learn about the different cuts of Argentinean meat, including how they are prepared and cooked, and the history of the Argentinean asado.

After 2 hours of enjoying various dishes, we will conclude the experience.

Menu

This menu consists of the following items:

Empanadas tucumanas Morcilla Chorizo Pork meat marinated in lemon, mustard, and herbsSmoked rump steakBife argentino

The asado will be accompanied by grilled vegetable salad, "salsa criolla," and smoked chimichurri sauce. It includes a Malbec wine.

Dessert features an authentic dulce de leche. We will conclude with a toast of Fernet with cola.
