Description

We begin our experience at Cabrera 4304, on the corner of Lavalleja. This classic Argentinean grill features a terrace with views of Palermo Soho. Participants will learn about the different cuts of Argentinean meat and their preparation and cooking. The session covers the history of the Argentinean asado, a key element of South American cuisine. The experience lasts for 2 hours.

Accompaniments include grilled vegetable salad, "salsa criolla," and smoked chimichurri. The meal also includes a Malbec wine. For dessert, enjoy authentic dulce de leche. Lastly, we will toast with Fernet and cola.
