Day 1

On the first day, you will be picked up from Lalibela Airport and taken to your hotel in Lalibela. After checking in, you will explore the UNESCO-protected rock-hewn churches. The tour begins with Bet Medhane Alem, a large underground church carved from a monolith. You will learn about the history of these 11 Ethiopian Orthodox churches, created during the Zagwe Dynasty between the 11th and 13th centuries.

Next, visit the Church of Biete Maryam, known for its remarkable frescoes. The tour continues with Bet Golgotha and Bet Danaghel before returning to the hotel in Lalibela.

Day 2

Early morning will include a visit to another of Lalibela's famous churches to observe a religious ceremony. After breakfast, travel to Bet Yemrehanna Kristo, a significant pilgrimage center in Ethiopia, distinguished by its cavern structure, unlike other rock-hewn churches.

Following lunch, visit Bet Gabriel-Rufael, Bet Abba Libanos, and Biete Amanuel before returning to the hotel.

Day 3

After breakfast at the hotel, the day is at leisure. At the appointed time, you will be taken to the airport, concluding your three days exploring the rock churches of Lalibela.
