Transylvania 2-Day Tour

Day 1: Bucharest - Sinaia- Bran- Brasov

Begin your journey with a morning pickup from your hotel in Bucharest. After approximately two-and-a-half hours by bus, arrive in Sinaia to visit Peles Castle, built between 1873 and 1914, which now serves as a museum.

Next, travel to Bran Castle, associated with Count Dracula. Enjoy a guided tour of the fortress and learn about its history and connection to Bram Stoker.

Afterward, take free time for lunch before heading to Brasov, where you'll explore the historic center, including the Black Church, a key example of Roman Gothic architecture. Spend the night in Brasov.

Day 2: Brasov - Sighisoara - Rupea - Bucarest

After breakfast, travel to Sighisoara, the city linked to Dracula, followed by a visit to the Rupea Citadel. Learn about its history and enjoy views from the hilltop.

The next destination varies by season: from November to May, visit Prejmer, a World Heritage Site, or from June to October, drive along the Transf?g?r??an highway if weather permits. Conclude your tour with a return trip to Bucharest.

Accommodation

Accommodation will be at the Bella Musica Hotel, a 3-star hotel, or a similar quality hotel if unavailable.

Please Note

The route back to Bucharest will utilize the Transfagarasan Highway only between 30th June and 30th October, weather permitting. From 1st December to 31st May, the itinerary will include a stop at Prejmer, bypassing the Transf?g?r??an highway.
