At the indicated time, we'll begin your introduction to the martial art of taekwondo, which emerged in Korea in the 1950s. The term "taekwondo" translates to "the way of feet and hands."

In this hour and 20-minute session, you'll learn the fundamentals of taekwondo, focusing on releasing the potential of your body and mind. You will wear a regulation uniform and the master will explain the different belt colors.

After the class, you will receive a diploma as a memento of your experience in one of Busan's most prestigious gymnasiums.
