At the indicated time we'll begin your introduction to the martial art of taekwondo. This sport emerged in Korea in the 1950s and is known worldwide. The word "taekwondo" means "the way of feet and hands."

During the class, which lasts over an hour and 20 minutes, you'll learn the basics of this martial art to release the potential of your body and mind. You will wear the regulation uniform, and the master will explain the various belt colours.

After an exciting hour and 20 minutes, we will conclude the class and provide you with a diploma as a memento of your experience in one of Busan's most prestigious gymnasiums.
