Dientes de Navarino Hike

At 9 am, we will pick you up from your hotel in Puerto Williams and drive to the starting point of the Dientes de Navarino hiking circuit. After an introductory talk, we will begin our hike through the world's southernmost forests, learning about the trees, bushes, and grasses of this remote Andean-Patagonian forest.

As we explore the area's flora and seek endemic birds, we will hike up a hill in Navarino Island's interior. At the summit, we will enjoy views of Puerto Williams and the Beagle Channel. We will take a photo next to the large Chilean flag atop the hill before following the Dientes de Navarino route southward to the Ukika-Róbalo ridge, which is at an altitude of 2,985 feet (910 meters).

After taking in the views from the ridge, we will descend to a quiet area for a picnic lunch consisting of local products and a beer. We will then return to the trailhead and drive back to Puerto Williams, where you will be dropped off at your hotel at 4 pm.
