Join us on a hiking adventure exploring the beaches and viewpoints of Cabo Frio, where we will discover the town's picturesque locations through different terrains, including sea caves and natural pools.

Cabo Frio Beach Hiking Tour

We will meet at Praia das Conchas at the designated time to begin our 3-kilometer (2-mile) hike to scenic viewpoints and beaches. Our first stop is Enseada das Tartarugas and Devil's Throat, where we can see natural pools and cliffs. Following this, we will ascend to several viewpoints, such as Coração and Conchas, to admire Cabo Frio's beaches and explore the Peró dunes and Gruta do Vigia sea cave. The hike includes a refreshing dip at one of the beaches before concluding the 2-3 hour hike back at Praia das Conchas or Praia do Peró.
