Join us on a hiking adventure exploring the beaches and viewpoints of Cabo Frio, discovering the town's picturesque locations. The journey includes various terrains, from sea caves to white sand bays and natural pools.

Cabo Frio Beach Hiking Tour

We'll meet at Praia das Conchas at the designated time to begin our hiking adventure through Cabo Frio. This 3-kilometer (2-mile) hike will lead us to scenic viewpoints and stunning beaches.

The first stop will be at Enseada das Tartarugas and Devil's Throat, where we will observe the natural pools and cliffs of the Atlantic coast.

Next, we will ascend to panoramic viewpoints, including Coração and Conchas, to appreciate Cabo Frio's beaches from a new perspective. Other sights include the Peró dunes and the Gruta do Vigia sea cave.

Afterward, participants can swim at one of the local beaches before concluding the 2-3 hour hike back at Praia das Conchas or Praia do Peró.
