Cabo Frio Catamaran Ride

We'll meet at 11 am at the Canal Boulevard terminal to board a catamaran for an unforgettable journey through Cabo Frio. The itinerary includes navigation through the Itajuru Channel, a 6-kilometer (nearly 4-mile) passage linking Araruama Lagoon and the Atlantic Ocean. We will pass the Moringa area, known for its luxury.

Next, we will visit Ilha do Japonês, celebrated for its clear waters, followed by a stop at Forte de São Mateus, a fort established in 1616. An opportunity for swimming at Praia do Forte is available, along with optional snorkeling.

Afterwards, we will proceed to Farol da Lajinha, a lighthouse from 1913 that can broadcast light up to 9 miles. The tour will continue along Praia Brava, known for its strong waves.

Our final stop will be at Ilha dos Papagaios, a spot for swimming and observing migrating parrots and parakeets. Couples are said to bond forever after kissing in front of this island.
