See one of the richest marine ecosystems on the planet with this boat tour of 'the world's aquarium', where the Pacific Ocean meets the Mar de Cortés.
Glass Bottomed Boat Ride Around Cabo San Lucas
On the day of your marine adventure, we'll meet at the dock to board our glass-bottomed boat. Cruising along the Cabo San Lucas coast, we'll admire the marine life beneath the waves, as the area where the Pacific Ocean mixes with the Mar de Cortés is known for its rich ecosystems. Jacques Cousteau referred to this area as the 'Aquarium of the World' due to the diversity of marine species present.
We will observe various fish, and if fortunate, see whales or dolphins such as the grey whale or whale shark. The tour continues to Playa de los Amantes and 'The Arch', where visitors come for the transparent waters. Nearby, at the San Andrés Cave, there may be a chance to see sea lions sunbathing. After the tour, we will sail back to Cabo San Lucas, concluding the experience at the dock.
Spend more time in Playa de los Amantes!
If you want to maximize your boat cruise and spend additional time at Playa de los Amantes, swimming and sunbathing, you can opt for a later boat back to Cabo San Lucas. Please ask on the boat for the schedule. Note that if adverse weather conditions occur, we may not be able to visit Playa de los Amantes.
