La Paz, Cancer Tropic & Todos Santos Day Trip

At 7 am, we'll pick you up from your hotel in Los Cabos to start our day trip to some of Baja California Sur's most unique spots.

Our first stop will be the Tropic of Cancer, which marks the summer solstice. This key astronomical landmark is a great photo opportunity. We'll continue our journey, passing by La Ramona, a 154-foot (47-meter) chimney designed by Gustave Eiffel. Upon arrival in La Paz, we'll tour the historic center, viewing monuments like the Cathedral and the Government House, as well as the 3-mile (5-kilometer) promenade featuring statues of notable figures, including Jacques Cousteau. Following the tour, you'll have 1 hour of free time to explore the town.

At 2:30 pm, we will head to Pichilingue Beach for a lunch of fish, garlic shrimp, and other delicacies. After lunch, we'll proceed to Todos Santos, declared a Pueblo Mágico in 2006 for its beauty and historical significance, where you'll see the Santa Rosa mission and the 1944 cinema and theatre that showcased films from Mexico's Golden Age of Cinema.

Lastly, we'll pass by the Hotel California, which is said to have inspired The Eagles' 1977 album. Our day trip will conclude with a return to your hotel in Los Cabos at 7:30 pm.
