La Paz, Cancer Tropic & Todos Santos Day Trip

At 7 am we'll pick you up from your hotel in Los Cabos for our day trip to some of Baja California Sur's unique spots. Our first stop will be the Tropic of Cancer, marking the summer solstice. Take pictures at this significant astronomical landmark.

Next, we will pass by a 154 foot (47 metre) chimney called La Ramona, a work by Gustave Eiffel. Arriving in La Paz, we will tour its historic center, seeing monuments such as the Cathedral, Government House, and the 3 mile (5 kilometre) promenade featuring statues of notable figures. You will have 1 hour of free time to explore the town.

At 2:30 pm, we will head to Pichilingue Beach for a lunch of fish, garlic shrimp, and other delicacies. After lunch, we will visit Todos Santos, declared a Pueblo Mágico in 2006. Here, admire the colonial Santa Rosa mission and the cinema built in 1944, significant for Mexico's Golden Age of Cinema.

We will also pass by the Hotel California, said to inspire The Eagles' album released in 1977. Our day trip will conclude with our return to your hotel in Los Cabos at 7:30 pm.
