Calling all animal lovers! Do your part to help these marine reptiles survive by participating in this turtle-release activity in Los Cabos!
Turtle Release in Los Cabos
At the indicated time, we'll pick you up at your hotel in Los Cabos and go by minibus to a beach where we'll release turtles.
Once we've arrived at the bay, we'll provide interesting facts about sea turtles and explain the importance of supporting their survival. Up to six species of these reptiles are in danger of extinction.
Sea turtles lay their eggs on the shore, and when the hatchlings are ready, they should break their eggs and return to the sea. This process is threatened by predators such as seagulls, and we will discuss these risks during the activity, highlighting the significance of your role.
Each participant will be assigned a turtle in a small basket, which you can name. A certificate of adoption will be provided.
You will be responsible for taking the hatchling to the seashore and assisting it in reaching the water, witnessing its start to life in the ocean.
After 3 hours of activity, we will conclude the experience and return you to your hotel.
