We'll meet at the designated time at the olive grove of Chemin Les Pastras in the village of Cadenet, Provence.

In the south of France, we'll hand-pick olives following traditional methods. During this process, we'll learn about the secrets of olive harvesting and techniques passed down through generations.

We'll also discuss the properties of olive oil and its importance in the Mediterranean diet. After three hours, we'll conclude with a tasting of typical Provencal products, including pâté, ham, chorizo, and sausages.

You will sample local cheeses, oils, salts, and honey infused with truffle. Additionally, you will taste the organic extra virgin olive oil made from the grove's olives. A selection of red and rosé wines will be served.
