Tarifa & Baelo Claudia Tour

After picking you up in Cadiz, we'll head towards the coastline of the Costa del Atún, one of the notable maritime areas of Cadiz.

Our first stop will be the Baelo Claudia archaeological site, near Bolonia Beach. This settlement was known for its garum production, a favorite Roman sauce. You will learn about its production and see the ruins, including the theatre, forum, and temples.

Next, we will visit Tarifa, the southernmost city in Western Europe. A brief walking tour in the Old Town along the Gibraltar Strait will highlight significant sites such as St. Matthew the Apostle Parish and the Castle of Guzmán el Bueno.

After the walking tour, you will have 1.5-2 hours for lunch at local restaurants, where you can try dishes featuring fresh tuna.
