Walk the Historic Streets of Cádiz
On the day of the activity, meet at the agreed time in the Plaza de España, where you'll find the Monument to the Constitution of 1812. The guided tour of Cadiz will begin from this location.
This square is a suitable starting point to enjoy its historic setting. We'll continue on to the Plaza de Mina, surrounded by trees and historic buildings, home to the Museo de Cádiz, which contains a collection of art and archaeology.
From Plaza de Mina, we'll walk to Plaza de San Antonio, one of Cadiz's largest and most elegant squares, featuring the church of San Antonio. The next stop is Parque Genovés, a botanical garden with various plants and trees.
A short distance from Parque Genovés is La Caleta beach, ideal for strolling and enjoying sea views. Next is Cadiz's central market, where you can sample local produce and tapas, before walking to the Cadiz Cathedral.
The cathedral offers tours of its interior and tower, providing a panoramic view of the city. Adjacent to the cathedral is El Pópulo, the city's oldest district, known for its narrow streets.
The tour concludes 2 hours later at the Plaza de San Juan de Dios, the administrative and commercial center of the city, also home to Cadiz City Hall.
