Collecting Your Pass



Upon completing your reservation, you can collect your pass at the Caen la mer Tourism Office located at Place Saint-Pierre, number 12. The office operates during the following hours:

April, May, June, and September: Tuesdays from 10 am to 6:30 pm; Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays from 9:30 am to 6:30 pmJuly and August: Monday to Saturday from 9 am to 7 pm; Sundays and holidays from 10 am to 1 pm, and from 2 pm to 5 pmOctober to March: Tuesdays from 2 pm to 6 pm; Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays from 9:30 am to 1:00 pm; closed on SundaysClosed on January 1, May 1, November 1, November 11, and December 25

Note that some monuments necessitate prior reservations at the Tourism Office and are subject to availability.
