The first landmark on our itinerary is the San Sebastian Cathedral, an impressive 19th-century church renowned for its stunning baroque exterior.

Next, we’ll proceed to the adjacent Bacolod Public Plaza, located at the city's core. Here, we will pause at Manokan Country restaurant to indulge in the renowned chicken inasal, a beloved dish featuring chicken marinated with calamansi, pepper, coconut vinegar, and annatto. A delightful culinary experience awaits!

Post-lunch, our itinerary includes a visit to the Lagerta Museum & Vintage Glasses Museum, contingent on availability. Following this, we’ll head to the New Government Center, a contemporary structure symbolizing Bacolod's advancement.
