At your chosen time, we will meet in Piazza Yenne to start the guided tour of the historic city center, also known as the Castello district.

This quarter, founded in the 13th century, is surrounded by medieval city walls and features the Bastion of Santa Caterina and the Tower of the Elephant. The structure is named after an animal depicted on it.

We will walk through the cobbled streets of Cagliari to learn about the city's past. Our journey will lead us to Piazza Carlo Alberto, home to the Cathedral of Santa Maria, the most significant temple in the capital, built in the 13th century in the Romanesque style. The main facade dates from the early 20th century.

After this 2-hour tour, we will visit one of the city center's viewpoints for panoramic views of the area and the coast. Since Castello is the highest district in Cagliari, the scenery is remarkable.
