Activity Details
At the indicated time, we'll meet at Via Cettigne to start a workshop in which we'll learn how to make culurgiones.
We'll go to a restaurant to organize the ingredients needed to make the culurgiones. This typical Sardinian stuffed pasta is made with water, semolina, nutmeg, egg, and other products revealed during the cooking class.
To make the dish, we'll prepare the pasta, knead it, and then prepare the filling, which is typically cheese. After closing the culurgiones, we'll cook them for a few minutes before they are ready to eat.
Once our meal is ready, we'll enjoy the culurgiones, which includes appetisers and a drink as part of the meal.
