Activity Details
At the specified time, we'll meet at Via Cettigne to begin a workshop focused on making culurgiones, a traditional Sardinian delicacy.
We will proceed to a restaurant to gather the ingredients necessary for preparing the culurgiones. This typical Sardinian stuffed pasta is made with water, semolina, nutmeg, egg, among other products revealed during the class.
In the workshop, we'll make the pasta, knead it, and prepare the filling, which typically consists of cheese. We will then shape the culurgiones and cook them for a few minutes before they are ready to eat.
After our meal is prepared, we will sit down to enjoy the culurgiones, along with appetisers and a drink, providing a rewarding end to our efforts. The Culurgiones workshop will conclude at the starting point after 4 hours of cooking and dining.
