When making your reservation, you can choose between two tour options. Below, are descriptions of each option:

Hot Air Balloon Ride

Early morning hotel pickup in Cairns. Travel to a clearing for the balloon ride, which lasts approximately one hour.

Experience the inflation of the balloons before embarking on this magical aerial adventure. As we ascend, enjoy the sunrise and stunning panoramic views of the Atherton Plateau and surrounding jungle. Prepare to capture this unique experience.

After about 40 minutes of flight, we will descend and return you to your hotel.

Hot Air Balloon, Funicular, and Panoramic Train Ride

After the balloon ride, proceed to the Skyrail station, where we will board a funicular to experience breathtaking views of Cairns and the Kuranda Ranges.

Next is a second funicular ride to the Red Peak stop, followed by a stroll along the boardwalk through the rainforest. Continue to the Barron Falls station for a visit to the interpretation center.

Explore the local markets of Kuranda and, if time allows, visit the Butterfly Sanctuary, the Venom Zoo, or take a boat ride on the Kuranda River.

End the tour with a scenic 1.5-hour train ride along the mining rail line through the Macalister Range, concluding at Cairns Central Station, approximately 12 hours later.
